The OHS red devils advance to the next round of the Regional Tournament with the 85-61 win against the Meade County Green Wave. The Red Devils fought hard against the Green Wave and used their raw talent to hold back a well-rounded team in the Quarterfinals.<\/p>\n
Seniors, Darrion Wimsatt, Adante Greer, and Aerion Phillips led the team with 25, 18, and 7 points respectively. Wimsatt had 16 leading into the second half and the Devils had a 6-0 run in the beginning of the third.<\/p>\n
“The first game is always the toughest so it’s good to get that one behind us. Now it’s all about staying focused and taking it one game at a time.” stated Junior Isaac Humphrey regarding\u00a0 last nights game.<\/p>\n
The Red Devils take on the Muhlenberg Mustangs Friday night, March 1st at 8:15 in the Sportscenter.<\/p>\n
