An Honest Review on Shein.com
When it comes to shopping, I prefer to do it online. The selection is broader, the deals are greater, and I can do it all from the comfort of my own home. So, when I stumbled across Shein, a website with a variety of clothing options all-inclusive to my beaten down bank account, you could say I was nothing less than thrilled. I immediately went through pages upon pages of clothing, picking anything and everything to place in my basket. After an hour of scrolling and 14 items later, I took the leap of faith and pressed the glimmering “pay now” button. All that was left to do was wait.
Coming home and seeing the wonderfully white package resting on my doorstep was enough to give me heart palpitations. I raced to the front door and took the package to my room, eager to examine my pieces. This was the moment of truth. I ripped open the plastic encasing and low and behold…
My fresh new fits had arrived.
I was skeptical at first, seeing as there was no way I could actually receive four shirts for the price of one, and in a sense, it still is a little too good to be true. In the wise words of the consumer, you truly do get what you pay for.
The quality wasn’t as nice as I anticipated, but nowhere near the “ONLINE SHOPPING FAIL!” category of YouTube. In my honest opinion, I would give it an overall 7/10. For the prices you’re paying, the clothing is nice enough, and shipping time was accurate as well. On the other hand, the website is a little scattered, and any time you select a piece of clothing, it opens in a new tab. Not the end of the world, but not the most convenient either. All in all, I would just try to stay cautious. Make sure to read the measurements of the clothing before you purchase anything, and keep your eyes peeled for items with legitimate reviews and pictures attached.
i wouldn’t want to buy clothes if they’re not like the picture online.
