KMEA All-State Honors Choir

OHS choir students participated in the 2023 KMEA All State Honors Choir at the Kentucky Center for the Arts this week. They rehearsed for 3 days with 600 students from all over the state to create a beautiful performance.

They learned a piece of music and learned it and perfected it to audition. They auditioned in a quartet and had to sight-read a piece. That is where they are handed a piece of music they have never looked at before, and had a minute to look at it. Then they had to sing it, while being scored on it. Congrats to these students for auditioning
